Dans l'ensemble nous avons été satisfaites des réservations de voiture-hébergement-golfs et du service de l'agence. Nous aurions apprécié avoir été contactées durant le séjour afin de savoir si tout se passait bien. La chambre du "guest house" à Edinbourg était très petite, néanmoins nous avons apprécié la situation à proximité des bus pour nous rendre en ville. A Inverness l'accueil et la chambre étaient parfaits. Nous ne recommandons pas le Fairmont à part sa situation idyllique, le service en général était médiocre. Il y a un manque flagrant de personnel, de training et de management. Ce n'est de loin pas un 5 étoiles dont le rapport qualité-prix est exagéré. D'ailleurs les collaborateurs sont conscients du problème. Durant notre séjour plusieurs clients n'étaient pas satisfaits. Le lieu mérite beaucoup mieux. Nous avons dû réclamer à plusieurs reprises ce qui un peu terni notre fin de séjour.

Brook Manor Lodge: We greatly appreciated the welcome and conviviality of the owner and the tranquillity of the place. Very cosy, exactly what we were looking for.

Dooks Golf Links: friendly golf, ideal for a first round.

Tralee Golf Club: Amazing as our US friends would say—a varied course with fabulous landscapes, splendid greens, pro and friendly caddies, perfect welcome. One of the most beautiful courses I have played.

Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links: Hotel of great quality, professional staff, nothing to fault. Plus 30 min from Dublin by bus—super.

Portmarnock Golf Links: very well maintained golf, a beautiful links but with less beautiful scenery than Tralee. However the starter offered me the back tees, alone—a real pleasure.

Our stay was perfect, very well organised; Kerry is a magnificent region with very welcoming people. I think we will travel with you again—the destination is not yet decided. But we will certainly return to Ireland. Thank you.

General comment on the trip:

Phenomenal trip! Every course was in great shape and we had a fantastic time. The drivers were excellent. Appreciated Golf Travellers putting in the effort to find an apartment rather than a hotel.
