Very pleasant stay, Glebe Country House B&B was very good although a little far from Kinsale. Brook Manor Lodge B&B is excellent on all points—hostess Sandra is very welcoming, she really takes care of clients, truly to be recommended. I confirm that playing golf in Ireland is truly fabulous.

General comment on the trip:

Generally very well organized, very nice B&B in Inverness and Spean Bridge. Apparently our early tee time on Kittocks had not been confirmed. Cottage @St. Andrews had somewhat worn down interior

A note to say our stay went very well.

The course selection was excellent with special mention for « The Island », not the most prestigious but a formidable links and Glen Druids for the beauty of the site.

Portmarnock mainly has the advantage of being at the hotel site but after The Island and last year Ballybunion you become demanding!....

As for Royal Dublin and the K Club what can you say about the "legends" of these courses so full of history…..

All clubs welcomed us well.

Trying the inland courses was a nice discovery

Car hire was fine but not at the airport door. We had to look a bit to understand the shuttle system, which is efficient.

Portmarnock Links hotel was very good with excellent dining and a very convivial bar.

The weather favoured us again. We had sun, a little rain and especially lots of wind at Royal.
