As usual: very satisfied overall

Hotel perfect

Courses: Druids Glen exceptional, the others very good (The European, The Island) except Baltray ordinary.

Portmarnock Championship very beautiful but we only played 9 holes due to very heavy rain.

2 "negative" points:

-at Portmarnock caddie mandatory we were told on site at tee off and expensive. Unpleasant not to know in advance.

-2h wait to collect the car at the airport. The company chosen was the only one with a queue, others were available. Perhaps more expensive? but for a few euros more..... Fortunately the drive was very short

Back yesterday I confirm the group's general satisfaction with the whole stay.

Course quality, variety of terrain and hotel quality—very good tee time choices let us enjoy Temple Bar pubs…

Everyone is up for a next one… Kent, Wales???

for the courses ratings of 3 are to leave hierarchy between courses visited. in fact druids glen is out of competition for preparation quality environment flowering and design a little ahead of k club. we rank it with kingbarns for links something unique… and out of competition

the other courses are very beautiful, portmarnock well designed and interesting, everywhere welcome is pleasant and chic with particular mention to the island for its slightly dated old-fashioned character, but "so british"

at hotel level no false notes for welcome restaurant and very friendly bar where we ate twice in a rare "pub" atmosphere in a hotel. just a word on absence of cloakroom first day, cluttered luggage storage with chairs and scrap (barely room for suitcases and no changing room for golf clothes—we changed in the corridor fortunately 8 men less awkward than if we had women… average for 4*….

that did not spoil the stay everyone keeps an excellent memory

the trip was perfect as in Scotland two years ago.

we expected more basic hotels. we even had the spa in the first. so perfect too

for golf: Portstewart 5, County Down and Royal Portrush 4 (magnificent but hard to play), Ardglass 4 (superb! lacks a bit of difficulty), Castlerock 3... a bit fussy after the rest...

we have group photos on all courses—if you want us on your site with glowing comments... do not hesitate.

see you in two years for Liverpool certainly.

excellent stay, everything was perfectly coordinated, very good welcome at the airport, hotel and various courses. Nice weather too. In short a perfect golf stay.
