Bonjour Raphaël, Notre séjour sur la côte sud-ouest c’est très bien déroulé et nous vous en remercions. L’hôtellerie et les restaurants étaient de qualité et nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’hébergement sur Dundonald. A tel point que nous envisageons l’année prochaine de dormir sur un golf afin de profiter au maximum des infrastructures et de limiter les déplacements en bus. Nous en reparlerons en temps voulu. Now back at home I want to say a big thank you to you, Raphael and the rest of the team who made our trip to the K Club such a memorable experience.

Everything went off without a hitch, the transport people were courteous and always on time and the hotel staff were very helpful.

All the plans and reservations you made for us were perfect and on top of everything else we had brilliant weather! ( I understand that maybe you didn´t have much to do with that!)

Again, it was a pleasure working with you and all the group wants to send you a big thank you.

Everything else went like a charm- the transport people were on time and very courteous as were all hotel staff.

I would recommend this trip to anyone. Unfortunately, although we all took so many photos, we don´t have one of the group!

Scotland may be on our agenda for next year.....

Nous sommes enchantés de notre voyage et tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Les terrains de golf étaient fabuleux et les hôtels étaient bien situés et selon nos attentes. Par contre, à refaire, nous choisirions probablement de coucher plutôt au Marine Hotel près du Royal Troon ou encore au Turnberry plutôt qu'au Piersland. Il s'agit d'un petit détail, mais il s'agit aussi du genre de petites attentions que l'on remarque. Aussi, nous vous suggérons de le faire. Finalement, nous n'hésiterions pas à avoir recours à vos services à nouveau ou encore à vous référer à des amis qui souhaitent faire un voyage en Écosse. Marc B.

Very pleasant stay and perfectly organised: we liked the courses, transfers for bus quality, punctuality and friendliness of drivers, welcome on courses is perfect,

the hotel is the weakest point, staff friendly and available, but the property differs from views on its website: ageing… you may regret the lift only available at certain times through a bar… not easy returning from a round with bags. Breakfast well below what you expect from this category; finally some rooms need better acoustics and full refurbishment, hygiene just acceptable.

We had an excellent stay with exceptional weather! The courses are splendid and the hotel was very good. Comfortable, clean, slight lack of soundproofing (between rooms and corridor) but a very pleasant setting. In Tralee city centre, with bar and restaurant which is very appreciated. Staff very kind.

Félicitations à Carnoustie ou nous avions 3 chambres avec balcon et une suite directement sur le trou N° 1 . notre voyage en Écosse a été fort agréable , nous avons adoré les golfs , les paysages , Édimbourg, le whisky.. Les Highlands font partis d’une prochaine destination .
