Portstewart Riverside good but we regret missing the Strand. Excellent welcome at all clubs and hotels; Aer Lingus flights without issues; problem with the car hire company forcing us to take higher models

Cordialement, Didier Combarieu

Good afternoon Ms. Favero
First of all my apology for the late reply to the below (we just returned from another trip).
I am writing my feedback in English in case you find it useful to your colleagues and it is more convenient than just to use your feedback sheet.
The trip was simply great and very well organized by you for which we thank you once again - we enjoyed every bit of it! There are a couple of things which we however strongly recommend to change should you propose such trip to future travellers as we consider them to be far better alternatives. Here they are:
Newcastle
The Avoca Hotel is a problem to travellers who are on a 2 - 3 weeks trip as with all the luggage the rooms are too small. The Slieve Donard or the Burrendale Hotel Country Club are more comfortable.
Portrush
The Royal Court Hotel has turned into a real old pension home and the food is accordingly. We would for sure not go there anymore in particular since there is an excellent alternative with „The Bushmills Inn“ at Bushmills (10‘ from The Royal Court Hotel).
Portsalon
We recall that you put us there since the Rosapenna Golf Resort was fully booked at that time. The alternative „Aghadagly House“ was however very nice with the hosts Colin and Sarah having been first class! We were glad to be there and would return any time! When sending golfers there you should however make sure you plan it in such way to allow for one day golf at the Portsalon Golfclub - it is a hidden gem and a great pity we did not know of it before.
Portnoo
We regret to say that the Edenvale B&B is not at all suitable for golfers as the rooms are far too small - absolutely impossible to even unpack the luggage! Mary and Michael are for sure first class hosts and thus it hurts to make this statement but really, it is in our opinion a complete no-go! There is a great alternative nearby „The Highlands Hotel“ at Glenties.
On a last note, the change you made in accommodation in Sligo, „Castledale“ i/o „Atlantic Haven“ (this was sold out at the time of your initial booking) was an outstanding positive one. This place is unbeatable, truly second to none, with Gerry and Kaajal having been amazing hosts. What a treat we got there!
This is all from us for now. We will be glad to contact you again when considering a next trip to either Scotland, Ireland or England. In the meantime, we remain
Sincerily yours,
Brgitte & Peter Seiler
Back from Ireland Thursday with the Sligo region—here are some thoughts on this trip:
The courses
Superb courses, nothing to add.
We also played Strandhill golf at Strandhill, a very interesting
seaside course and more accessible technically with a reasonable rate.
The small town is nice and there are seaweed baths (which we visited)
For accommodation (Ocean Heights B&B), superb room with stunning view over the whole bay, magical. Wonderful hostess, flowering garden......
We are delighted with our stay.
Kind regards,
The golf tour was very enjoyable though still a bit cold — max 8°C so I bought a hat. Lucky with rain: drizzle first morning and heavy rain first four holes penultimate day; after a break we restarted then fine until the end. Hotel very good, clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff, good Aberdeen dining tips. Only downside: booked car too small for 3 people, 3 golf bags and 3 bags — upgraded to SUV for £280 extra.
Kind regards,
