We had a beautiful golf trip ⛳️ and sunshine throughout. Craigielaw very pleasant 4/5 and the B&B very good and well located 4/5 — not easy to find the key! Courses: 1- Dunbar very pleasant old links 3.5/5 2- Muirfield extraordinary! Magnificent course and sumptuous clubhouse 4.5/5 3- Gullane 1 beautiful course and impressive panorama 4/5 4- Dumbarnie magnificent and demanding with lovely views 4/5 5- Kingarrock magical and unique 4/5 6- Carnoustie fascinating, beautiful and historic — a real old links 4/5.

The Island is an extraordinary links in a lunar atmosphere among the dunes with a very friendly welcome from the starter and a very welcoming clubhouse. The most beautiful of the 5 links I have played in Scotland and Ireland: a must! Killeen Castle is a recent course (2008) in the countryside. Very beautiful classic course and very good welcome at the pro shop and from the pro who is Parisian (!). Portmarnock Hotel and Links is also a very beautiful course in the dunes but 6–7 holes have just been transformed (reopened a few weeks ago) so fairways and greens are not yet at their best and distances on our watches are not up to date. So mixed impression but still superb. The Island is so extraordinary (we played it first) that comparison is hard for the other two. White Sands Hotel is very well located facing the beach and the welcome is most friendly. An excellent pub in the hotel and dining quite good. Nice large well-equipped rooms and perfect beds. An excellent golf stay but too short! To be repeated. And thank you for your perfect organisation :-)

We had an excellent stay on remarkable courses! No issues with bookings on courses or hotels or the car, which was the perfect size. It might have been better to stay only two days at the Connacht hotel and two days near Connemara golf links. I am looking for a photo—thank you for your help.

Both hotels superb

In Kinsale we changed restaurants, Man Friday was the best restaurant of the week—you should recommend it

Second day in Kinsale we ate next to the hotel at Fishy Fishy—not bad

In Tralee we ate at the Oyster Tavern—that was good too

Broge pub good too

The Tankard good

In Tralee the greens a bit slow especially the first day, but it is April.

At Ballybunion they were kind

Nous avons eu un très beau voyage de golf et le soleil était au rendez-vous. Le Craigielaw très agréable (4/5) et le RB&B très bien aussi et bien situé (4/5). Les golfs : Dunbar très agréable à jouer, un bon vieux links (3,5/5) ; Muirfield extraordinaire ! Dear Mrs Favero I am happy to give you our feedback: The trip was very well organised. All bookings went smoothly. The golf courses were varied, each different. I would like to express my sincere thanks for your efforts. Unfortunately the negative point of our trip was the bad weather throughout our stay (which of course is not your fault).
