Purchased by Tom and Jan Kenny in 2024, the property now pairs historic character with contemporary details, giving the small, family-run hotel an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

Only eight guestrooms shape the pace of the stay. Snugs offer cosy first-floor spaces with garden views, suites add more room and, in some cases, roll-top baths, while two garden cabins bring vaulted ceilings and outdoor seating. Monsoon showers, handpicked treats, and soft, light interiors make the return from the links feel restorative rather than formal.
